GPS Fitness and Coaching Inc. Is a boutique Personal Training Service designed to offer an outstanding level of focus and challenge to individuals committed to enhancing their quality of life through positive lifestyle choices.

Our Vision:

  4. Our Loyalty Program can award you up to 3 complimentary sessions per 12 week S.T.A.R.T Program.

  5. Our Coach is a Certified Kinesiologist with the Ontario Kinesiology Association, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist. We have had great results with clients who need:

    • Permanent Weight Loss  (up to 140 lbs in a year)

    • Design of both pre-natal and post-natal training programs

    • Cardiovascular rehabilitation, diabetes programs & increasing bone mineral density for osteoporosi

    • Rehabilitation following cancer treatment

    • Weight loss and physique programs for weddings  (brides, grooms & parents)

    • Preparation for sporting events (skiing/snowboarding, golfing, team sports, running, mountain climbing

    • Muscle balancing & flexibility programs to correct various physical limitations

    • Our specialties include: weight loss (fat loss), correcting neck & shoulder pain, knee rehab & strengthening, and functional training for toning or building muscle mass.

The people who achieve the best results are committed to being physically active in addition to their Personal Training sessions. GPS Fitness recommends totaling approximately 4-5 hours per week of activity & Our Coach designs personalized take home programs for all clients and holds them accountable.
