The Studio includes the following for your convenience:

• Private Training and Stretching Areas (limited # of patrons in the gym at all times)
• Showers and change rooms with lockers (no extra charge)
• Towel Service (no extra charge)
• Separate male and female wet saunas
• Change room amenities (hair dryers etc.)
• Weight rooms on two levels
• From both levels of the studio there is natural light and you can enjoy a view facing the lakeshore.

• Flexible hours of operation (by appointment)
